is a multi-generational company. Founded in 1986 by Duane and Deanne Landsverk as a small framing and remodeling company, it is now a leading home builder in the greater Puget Sound Region. Duane learned the business as a child working alongside his father Howard Landsverk. Today he is passing that knowledge and expertise down to his son Erik Landsverk who works in the field learning the family business literally from the ground up.

Duane & Deanne Landsverk
Duane & Deanne Landsverk are lifelong residents of Snohomish county. The idea of being a local company, deeply rooted in this community and familiar with everything this area has to offer its residents, is what drives them to design and build functional, affordable and attractive homes to suit todays buyers. When not putting together color boards, picking interiors, managing the jobsite or working on the development of the next project, Duane & Deanne enjoy spending time with their kids, waterskiing, snow skiing and a challenging game of monopoly.
Erik& Hannah Landsverk
Erik Landsverk's interest in construction began at an early age, riding around on the jobsite with his dad. He has grown to become one of our lead site superintendents and his expertise is in infrastructure and earthwork. When Erik’s not running equipment, you can find him tinkering in his shop with his dog Gunner at his side, riding dirtbikes, snow skiing or waterskiing.
Trisha Carmack
Trisha has been with Landsverk Quality Homes since July of 2000. She started working in a make-shift basement while the office was being built. Since then, and three offices later, she has become a valuable member of this team. As the company grew so did her duties and responsibilities.
When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, kids, and grandson.
Her favorite vacation destination is Maui – it’s her happy place!
Joseph Rowett
Joseph Rowett has been drawing since he was a little boy. From fighter jets to monster trucks, he eventually found his niche as a building designer working for his dad at a company that started in his basement. He worked his way up from office mascot through garbage kid and eventually to Lead Designer. After 15 years he wanted the larger challenge of a Design-Build environment. He came to work here at Landsverk Quality Homes, Inc. in 2013 and has been integral in several phases of development, design and construction. Yes, the career computer guy actually got out “in the mud” for a few months.
Joseph, his wife and young son love to travel locally to interesting places and experience new things. They get out and hike as much as possible and love spending time with friends. Joseph loves to work with his hands and recently built a covered deck on their home.
Dusty Shelton
Dusty Shelton has been an integral part of Landsverk Quality Homes for 17 years. You will find Dusty on any given day in the field helping to oversee our day to day field operations on either one of our residential construction projects or facilitating the ongoing maintenance of one of our rental properties. Dusty is an avid outdoorsman and spends many hours hunting and fishing. He is also known as Dad to his son and daughter.
In loving memory of Kali
Kali Landsverk was know as our job site dog and a member of the Landsverk family. Following Duane wherever he went, whether that be to a meeting or to a job site, seeing Kali made everyone smile.
